This, and the following, are seminal books on managing change. Kotter’s eight stage process is both rigorous and practical.
The Heart of Change takes the eight stages from Leading Change and gives examples of their implementation and suggests exercises. Both practical and inspiring.

The best time management book I know for people who are not naturally good at time management. Worth it just for the concepts of 'will do lists' and 'current initiative'. Has really helped a number of my clients.
