It’s Lonely At The Top—coaching for CEOs, directors and owner-managers

This programme supports leaders who are running the organisation.

Purpose: to give leaders the skills and support they need to successfully lead their organisation.

Results: participants will look strategically at their organisations direction and identify the actions necessary for success; they will improve their own leadership skills and notice the impact it has on the organisation.

Benefits: provides space for leaders to ‘step back’ and improve the way they are leading the organisation; a safe and intensive environment for improving skills with a highly trained and experienced coach; a sounding board for talking through new ideas—someone who will listen, challenge and maintain confidentiality.

Structure: a seven month programme of one-to-one coaching with a coach experienced in leadership development. The programme is tailored to the needs of the client. Initially, the focus is on identifying leadership strengths and areas for growth. This could include 360º assessment and other diagnostic tools. From this, goals are set for the coaching programme. The remainder of the programme is practical and based on resolving the client’s current issues. The client sets the agenda—deciding what they would like coaching on in each session, and the coach will provide appropriate exercises and coaching.

This programme can subsequently be extended for a further six months.

Transition To Leadership

This programme supports people who have recently moved into a leadership role or who want to make the transition from manager to leader.

Purpose: to give new leaders the skills and support they need to successfully transition into their new role

Results: participants will develop their skills to become effective leaders, they will be supported to overcome challenges and issues that arise in their role

Benefits: highly practical—participants develop their skills while being coached on real issues; focussed—coaching on the issues that are most important for the client; effective—skilled and experienced coach creates an intensive environment for change.

Introduction to Leadership workshop

This workshop gives leaders a toolkit of ideas and practices that will have an immediate impact on their effectiveness

Purpose: Give new and experienced leaders a thorough understanding of what makes a great leader and how they can improve their own effectiveness and impact.

Results: participants will understand what effective leaders do differently, what areas they themselves need to focus on, and will have practical tools to help them use their own leadership style and skills effectively in leading their organisation.

Structure: This one-day workshop explains the different aspects of leadership and how it differs from management, shows the impact of leadership on the success of organisations, gives practical examples of successful leadership and exercises to help participants to identify and improve their own leadership skills and strengths.
