Catherine is the founder and owner of Business Change Leadership.
She has always been interested in what makes people and organisations ‘tick’
Catherine has over two decades of experience helping people and organisations to change. Prior to founding Business Change Leadership, Catherine worked as a management consultant for Ernst & Young/Capgemini, specialising in Change Management and Organisation Development. She was Head of HR for AST Europe and worked for BP for five years in roles that included marketing, account management, finance and IT. She is also an associate coach for Penna Consulting PLC.
Catherine loves to learn. She has an MSc in Organisation Development, Post graduate Certificate in Transpersonal Arts and Practice, BA in Economic and Social Studies.
She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), having trained at the prestigious Coaches Training Institute; and a licensed Firework career coach. She has also trained in Organisation Relationship Systems Coaching. She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). She also has certificates in humanistic and psychodynamic counselling, and a diploma in NLP.
Catherine’s love of
challenge and adventure is not limited to the organisations and people she
works with. She has sailed across the Atlantic in a 32 foot yacht; she is a
PADI Divemaster; she has undertaken five long distance cycle rides, including
the West Coasts of Scotland (from Glasgow to the Orkneys) and Ireland (from
Cork to Derry); she enjoys ascending and descending mountains (on foot and on
skis); she has travelled extensively in the Caribbean, Central America and Asia, including travelling overland into Tibet. She is also a fan of Wagner's operas, having travelled to Bayreuth and Nuremburg to see them as well as various opera houses in the UK.
Her curiosity and desire for self-development extends into the spiritual. She has been on numerous retreats, including Sufi, Buddhist (where she met the Dalai Lama) and Christian. She is a member of the Othona Community.
Richard is a highly experienced trainer and presenter.

Richard Milton has been a business writer, journalist, broadcaster and business consultant for more than 25 years.
He is a founder and principal presenter of The PR Training Centre in London and a visiting lecturer in journalism and PR at Buckingham University. He is also CEO of Media Management Training, a specialist media coaching consultancy.
Richard is still active as a freelance journalist and contributes regularly to The Daily Telegraph, mainly on science, technology and business topics.
He is the author of six books including Bad Company, a review of corporate marketing and PR blunders, which was chosen by The Sunday Times as its Book of the Week. He is also author of the management handbook Do Your Own PR
